The YMCA T-Ball Program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of baseball in a positive, encouraging, and age-appropriate environment. Players will learn the basics of throwing, catching, hitting, running the bases, and more—all while building confidence, staying active, and making new friends!

Whether your child is picking up a glove for the first time or looking to build on the skills they already have, the YMCA is the perfect place to start!

The Y partners with TeamSnap One to provide coaches with age-appropriate practice plans and activities designed to help every child develop their skills and become their best possible athlete.

VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED!

This program depends on dedicated volunteer coaches! Without enough volunteer support, the program may not be able to operate. Never coached before? No problem! Coaches receive practice plans, resources, and support from the YMCA to help make the experience fun and successful.

GENERAL PROGRAM NOTES

• Players will participate in a practice and mini game each week
  • Mini games will begin around Week 2 or 3
• Every registered player will receive a program shirt
• If players have their own bat and helmet, they can bring those!
