Experience high-intensity, full-body bootcamp style class that target all muscle groups. Come experience a variety of burpees, stair drills, strength, and cardio challenges. You will also experience outside classes. Each class brings its own unique challenges to improve cardio vascular and muscle strength.

Group Power will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session.
With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
This class prepares participants at all fitness levels for everyday life all while taking it easy on your joints. A wide variety of exercises will be used to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion all while making your muscles and heart a little stronger; expect your heart rate to increase while we work different muscle groups using hand weights and body weight. All exercises are fully customizable.
Get On the Ball to get the most out of your workout! Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced athlete, adding a Fit Ball to your fitness routine is one of the most versatile tools you can use. This class will take you through moves that work your body head to toe with increased complexity (not intensity), adding an extra level of instability to challenge your every move.
With the use of free weights and mats, RIPPED Class combines cardio-based sections with strength training. It builds endurance and works up the whole body incorporating a lot of plyometric moves and core-focused exercises.
STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS™ workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.
A 60-minute total-body workout engaging the body, mind and spirit of motherhood. We’ll build our cardio stamina and muscles all while building some friendships and engaging the littlest class members in a stroller. This class will leave you feeling empowered, stronger and most importantly part of a community.

Yoga & Mindfulness Classes
Level II, III
Activate your inner strength and find your inner peace with this active but intentional class. Designed to challenge multiple fitness levels through dynamic Sun Salutations, twists and basic inversions this class is a hit for everyone.
Level I, AOA
Set aside any preconceived ideas about Yoga and pull up a chair! No matter your age, physical abilities or experience level, adapting your practice to include a chair matches poses to your personal needs.
This mindful practice flows through yoga postures that improve stability, mobility and flexibility. Movement is guided by the breath and props are encouraged to accommodate and welcome all levels.
Level II, III
Welcome all the benefits of Yoga while completing a full body workout. This moderately active flow class will connect breath to movement encouraging strength, stamina, focus and flexibility.
Skip the snooze button and head to Yoga! Revitalize your energy and begin your day grounded with this condensed 30 minute class. Gentle stretching and intentional movements allow this class to be your first stop or the reward after a morning workout.
Revitalize your mind and body with this unique blend of both Yin (Passive) and Yang (active) Yoga in a single 60 minute session. Add this class to an existing practice or welcome it as a stand alone addition to your already established workout.
Escape the never ending to-do list and reward yourself with 75 minutes of deep breathing, gentle stretching and guided meditation. Relax and renew to a better YOU!
Water Exercise Classes
You’re invited to the Zumba® POOL PARTY! It’s time to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to your fitness routine. Enjoy less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class and really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging to help tone your muscles. Just add water and shake!
Full-body cardio and weight designed for all ages and fitness levels. This class uses a variety of equipment to keep your workout fun and interesting.
Water walking at your own pace is the order of the day. All the fun of a going out to lunch without the calories or the check!
Active Older Adult Classes
20 mins of low impact cardio, a small break, followed by 20 more mins of low impact cardio. We end on the floor with a variety of core and back exercises. Class ends with a light stretch.
Starts with 10 mins of low impact cardio, laughs and friendship followed by a light stretch. Using weights, we focus on each body part, legs, arms, back, shoulders chest, glutes and abs, lightly stretching between each one. This gives you a full body muscle toning work out. Modifications are always available.
This class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
Stretch & Tone will move you through a series of stretching and toning exercises to improve overall functionality of the body. Using a variety of methods, we will relax hypertonic muscle groups and improve range of motion available at the joints. This senior based class is great for anyone that wants to slow down and focus on mobility.
