General Group Exercise Classes

Adaptive-Certified Personal Trainer, Logan Roy will engage and motivate with fun, challenge and game-based fitness to get everyone smiling, moving, and feeling accomplished. Exercises will vary each week and class will cap at 15 people. We kindly request that Agency staff remain with clients for the duration of the class.

This class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles. Including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscle helps us to carry on with our daily physical routines without back pain or injuries. Let’s build better core strength for life!

This class is the perfect introduction to cycling! Our experienced cycling instructor will guide you through getting the perfect fit on the bikes before taking you through an introductory cycling workout. You’ll learn cycling positions and terminology in a non-intimidating slower paced environment, while still getting a great workout!

Gone are the days when training was limited to the same ol’ gym equipment! Burnin’ Rubber will use a variety of tire sizes in a high-impact class for youth ages 12-15. From tire flips, obstacles, strength training, agility and team building drills, this class transfers to a variety of sports and is perfect conditioning for a young athlete!

Burn it up in this fast paced, Tabata style class! Led by instructor Marna LaBelle, you’ll be burning up those calories and building up those muscles in no time! This class will combine aerobic and anaerobic activity to ensure you’re building strength, cardio and endurance; while varying the focus week to week to keep you coming back for more!

Experience high-intensity, full-body bootcamp style class that target all muscle groups.  Come experience a variety of burpees, stair drills, strength, and cardio challenges. You will also experience outside classes.  Each class brings its own unique challenges to improve cardio vascular and muscle strength.

Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body. From circuit-style routines to creative muscle-toning exercises, each class brings its own unique challenges.

CIRCL Mobility is not your typical exercise program; it truly focuses on actively taking your body through movement patterns using macro and micro join movers to improve range of motion + flexibility.

During this class individuals will get a full body stretch using movements that will increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, focus on core strength of lower back and abdominal muscles, and help improve muscular balance. 

Take a ride indoors as an instructor guides the class on an all-terrain journey that will get your heart pumping and challenge you to give a little more. The focus is on proper cycle technique, body alignment, and cardio drills. Whether you’re an advanced cyclist or just getting started, this workout is customizable to your athletic level, don’t be intimidated, come out and give this FUN class a try!

Girl Power-Up is designed to keep our athletes continually moving and grooving while working on developing endurance, agility, core strength, confidence, team work and much more! This class is designed to teach proper body positioning and safe form while weight lifting and getting body and mind strong. We will Power-Up physically and mentally while building muscle and one another Up as we go.

Group Power will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the scientifically proven program to sculpt and strengthen your body. The class combines intervals of high-intensity exercise switched up with periods of low-intensity active recovery in a fat-blasting workout. Reach your edge with big movements and short intervals. We focus on using your bodyweight to burn fat, involving every muscle working together, and improving your aerobic capacity.

Nothing is as it seems here, this challenging class keeps you seated for 45 heart pounding minutes. We will climb, we will sprint, we will ride all from the saddle; we incorporate Tabata, interval training and more while focusing on our RPM’s and Watts. Come on in and give it a try, you will leave it all on the bike!

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session.

With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

THE TRIP is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

This class prepares participants at all fitness levels for everyday life all while taking it easy on your joints. A wide variety of exercises will be used to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion all while making your muscles and heart a little stronger; expect your heart rate to increase while we work different muscle groups using hand weights and body weight. All exercises are fully customizable.

Get On the Ball to get the most out of your workout! Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced athlete, adding a Fit Ball to your fitness routine is one of the most versatile tools you can use. This class will take you through moves that work your body head to toe with increased complexity (not intensity), adding an extra level of instability to challenge your every move.

With the use of free weights and mats, RIPPED Class combines cardio-based sections with strength training. It builds endurance and works up the whole body incorporating a lot of plyometric moves and core-focused exercises.

A 60-minute total-body workout engaging the body, mind and spirit of motherhood. We’ll build our cardio stamina and muscles all while building some friendships and engaging the littlest class members in a stroller. This class will leave you feeling empowered, stronger and most importantly part of a community.

STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves. In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max

Sprint 8 is more than just a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout — it’s a sprint-intensity workout. It has been researched and is medically proven to be the optimal amount of intensity and recovery to optimize HGH production naturally.

This class is geared towards women looking to grow their physical strength and friendships along the way. Utilizing functional equipment on our turf space you’ll get stronger in a variety of different ways. The format: warm up, workout, cool down will be consistent, with variation offered in the daily workout to keep things fresh and challenging in all the right ways. Workouts will be based around functional strength and metabolic conditioning; formats may include EMOM, Circuits, Tabata, etc.

Come get TOUGH on our TURF! A form of high intensity interval training this class incorporates all aspects of fitness from strength, metabolic conditioning, bodyweight movement and agility. We’ll utilize a variety of equipment including ropes, kettlebells, tire flip, bosu trainers, weights, jump ropes and more. Is your weight room workout getting stale? Are you just getting started and looking for a welcoming place to get started? This class is perfect for the seasoned athlete or the rookie.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises while using 360 degrees of full range motion. This versatile workout puts you in control of how much you want to challenge yourself, our certified instructors will assist you with modifying and or customizing every exercise giving you the safest, most personalized workout possible.

Improve your overall performance and advance your TRX training. If you are ready to step up your workouts, TrXtreme will challenge you to the core. This intensive conditioning class uses the TRX suspension system along with other equipment to increase your strength and endurance.

Perfect for everybody and every body! We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Perfect for the active older adult (AOA) or beginner looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a slow pace with a lower-intensity. The design introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.

This class is for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance, by using Zumba® Toning Sticks, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!           

Yoga & Mindfulness Classes

Level II, III

Activate your inner strength and find your inner peace with this active but intentional class. Designed to challenge multiple fitness levels through dynamic Sun Salutations, twists and basic inversions this class is a hit for everyone.

Level I, AOA

Set aside any preconceived ideas about Yoga and pull up a chair! No matter your age, physical abilities or experience level, adapting your practice to include a chair matches poses to your personal needs.

All Levels

Using the breath as a guide, this class is one of flowing movement. We begin on the floor with gentle stretching then move into dynamic standing poses and balance work.  We return to the floor for hip stretches, core work, gentle backbends and finally ending in relaxation or “Savasana.”

Level II, III

Welcome all the benefits of Yoga while completing a full body workout. This moderately active flow class will connect breath to movement encouraging strength, stamina, focus and flexibility.

Skip the snooze button and head to Yoga! Revitalize your energy and begin your day grounded with this condensed 30 minute class. Gentle stretching and intentional movements allow this class to be your first stop or the reward after a morning workout.

Revitalize your mind and body with this unique blend of both Yin (Passive) and Yang (active) Yoga in a single 60 minute session. Add this class to an existing practice or welcome it as a stand alone addition to your already established workout.

Water Exercise Classes

A unique holistic class targeting flexibility, balance, range of motion, and relaxation set to soothing music.

Full-body cardio and weight designed for all ages and fitness levels. This class uses a variety of equipment to keep your workout fun and interesting.

You’re invited to the Zumba® POOL PARTY! It’s time to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to your fitness routine. Enjoy less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class and really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging to help tone your muscles. Just add water and shake! 

All levels

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! Silver Sneaker Splash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required,  and a special Silver Sneaker® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. Silver Sneaker Splash provides a friendly and supportive group atmosphere to help you decrease pain and stiffness associated with limited mobility. You will learn exercises that can help increase your joint range of motion and strengthen muscles without putting excess stress on joints.

Active Older Adult Classes

20 mins of low impact cardio, a small break, followed by 20 more mins of low impact cardio. We end on the floor with a variety of core and back exercises. Class ends with a light stretch. 

Starts with 10 mins of low impact cardio, laughs and friendship followed by a light stretch. Using weights, we isolate each body part: legs, arms, back, shoulders chest, glutes and abs, followed by light stretching between each one. This gives you a full body muscle toning work out. Modifications are always available.

This class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. 

Stretch & Tone will move you through a series of stretching and toning exercises to improve overall functionality of the body. Using a variety of methods, we will relax hypertonic muscle groups and improve range of motion available at the joints. This senior based class is great for anyone that wants to slow down and focus on mobility.
