Aquatics

Aquatic Center:

  • The Aquatic Center has a 1 lifeguard to 15 people ratio when all three pools are open.
  • The Aquatic Center has a 1 lifeguard to 25 people ratio when only 2 conjoined pools are open.

Please review rules and policies on the pool deck before entering the pool.

  • Children 9 and under:
    • An adult must be on the pool deck at all times.
    • Must pass a swim test in order to swim in the activity area
    • Any child 2 and under must be within arms reach of an adult 18+
    • May utilize current channel with an adult
  • Children 10 and up:
    • May swim in any designated open swim area without an adult present (after passing swim test)
  • Ages 14 and up:
    • May utilize current channel during water walking times at the discretion of the lifeguard.
  • Any NON-SWIMMING patron or weak swimmer needs an adult (18+) within arms reach at all times.
  • Breath holding in any aquatic environment is strictly prohibited.

Lap pool:

  • Ages 14+
  • Anyone under the age of 14 will have to test with a lifeguard and be able to swim 100 yards continuously
  • Anyone under the age of 12 will need supervision on the pool deck
