Social Seniors
Gather with good friends for great fun! Designed to keep you healthy and connected, our Social Seniors events help support the well-being of active older adults. We invite you to join us each month for coffee, games, or social time. Guest speakers will also be scheduled throughout the year.
Fall Prevention
Falls are one of the leading causes of injury and deaths among aging adults. Join Wendy D. Bianchetti, Community Health Worker at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Janesville, to learn more about falls prevention strategies, in addition to exercises that increase strength and balance.

That's a Wrap
At 10am Rene will lead a short walk around the Main Gym walking track. Join us for a warm-up or cool-down to your existing workout and enjoy some socializing along the way! Afterwards, join us as we wrap gifts for our annual Holiday Giving program. Coffee provided.
