Join our Youth Basketball Program, a coed developmental league designed for ages 5-12. Focused on building core skills—dribbling, shooting, passing, and defending—this program is perfect for players looking to improve their game in a fun, team-oriented environment. Each team will have one practice per week, with games held on Saturdays to showcase what they’ve learned. Practice schedules will be determined by the coaches. We’re also looking for passionate volunteer coaches to help guide and mentor our young athletes. Come be a part of the action!

All practices will be during the week (Monday-Thursday) between 6-8PM. Games are held on Saturdays.

All age groups will have one practice and one game a week at the Janesville YMCA. All games will be on Saturday. Practice schedules are determined by the COACH, not the Sports Director. All age groups are COED. All participants receive a reversible Y basketball jersey!

Moms and dads are encouraged to jump in and join the action, making it a special experience for the whole family. Whether it’s your child’s first time on the court or they’re already showing off their skills, Mini Mites is the perfect way to introduce them to the game in a supportive and energetic environment!

Mini Mites is held on Saturday mornings at the Parker YMCA from 8:30-9AM and is run by Y staff. Teams will not be formed for this age division. This is an entry level division and there will be no actual games played. T-shirt included!
