Gym & Swim
Fall
NEW FOR FALL 2026! We are starting earlier! Come join the Y and your friends every Wednesday MORNING starting at 10:30am. We will start in the gym with gym activities for 1 hour, and then swim starting at 12pm. Between gym activities and swimming, kids are able to change and prepare for the pool. They may also bring a mini snack if they wish. This program is designed for kids ages 7-13.
Whether your child is new to swimming or already loves the water, this program offers a balanced mix of active play, making it the perfect midweek program! Participants should bring a swim suit, towel, snack, water bottle, and dress in athletic attire.

Winter 1
Dive into fun and fitness with our Gym & Swim program, designed for kids ages 7-14! Every Wednesday afternoon, children will enjoy an exciting combination of swimming and gym activities.
The program kicks off with an hour in the pool. After drying off, kids will enjoy a quick snack and then head to the gym for an hour of engaging physical activities, and games.
Whether your child is new to swimming or already loves the water, this program offers a balanced mix of active play, making it the perfect midweek program!
