Gym & Swim
Fall
NEW FOR FALL 2026! We are starting a little earlier and playing in the gym first! Come join the Y and your friends every Wednesday afternoon starting at 12:45pm. We will start in the gym with gym activities for 1 hour, and then swim starting at 2pm. Between gym activities and swimming, kids are able to change and prepare for the pool. They may also bring a mini snack if they wish. This program is designed for kids ages 7-13.
Whether your child is new to swimming or already loves the water, this program offers a balanced mix of active play, making it the perfect midweek program! Participants should bring a swim suit, towel, snack, water bottle, and dress in athletic attire.
