Here to register for Esports? Great, you’re in the right place.

Video games may not be a physical sport like soccer or baseball, but they still contain plenty of competition and intensity, so we call them Esports.

Think your child gets too much screen time at home? Have them come share that screen time with friends here at the YMCA. Our Esports space is open to the sweatiest of try-hards, and to those just looking for a casual gaming sesh. Expect to improve your skills, and have a great time.

Minecraft Mondays- Summer I 2026

Description: 

Looking for something fun to do during the summer? Look no further! There is no better game to expand a person’s creativity than Minecraft. Join us on Minecraft Mondays where we’ll build, explore, survive, and learn Minecraft on our PC’s!

This Minecraft Monday Program will consist of 8 structured-fun sessions, once a week. Your child will be playing Java or Bedrock Minecraft on our gaming computers with other kids their age. This gives them the option to play with a keyboard and mouse or a controller. Our Esports staff will teach everything from the basics of survival and building tips to redstone contraptions and expanding their creative mindset.

Expect us to play in creative, survival, and even Minecraft with fun mods. Participants will be encouraged to work together, build new creations, and continuously problem-solve to survive the endless game of Minecraft.

May 11 – June 22

Every Monday

  • 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Roblox Explorers Club- Summer I 2026

Play. Learn. Stay Safe. Make Friends!
Welcome to the Roblox Explorers Club, a fun and safe online community where kids learn to navigate the world of Roblox responsibly, make new friends, and try exciting games!
In this supervised and kid-friendly class, explorers will:
– Learn Internet Safety: Kids will explore essential online safety skills like protecting personal information, recognizing safe vs. unsafe behavior, and how to be a respectful digital citizen.
– Try New Games:
Each week, we’ll explore different Roblox games — from obstacle courses and roleplay to building and adventure — all carefully selected for age-appropriateness and fun!
– Make Friends & Work as a Team:
We encourage teamwork and positive communication. Kids will collaborate in games, share ideas, and build friendships in a supportive environment.
– Create & Express:
Kids will have opportunities to customize avatars, create mini games or builds, and even get a beginner-friendly intro to Roblox Studio (optional).
– Most of all — Have Fun!
This class is all about enjoying Roblox in a safe, social, and learning-through-play way!
No experience required — bring your curiosity, imagination, and a Roblox account(or make one here)!
