The secret to sticking with a health and fitness program is finding activities you enjoy and that keep you moving. At the Y you have hundreds of free choices – from low-impact activities like water exercise, yoga and barre to high intensity classes like Zumba, BodyCombat and indoor cycling.

The Y offers a wide variety of Group Exercise classes each week, both in-person and virtually, where you can get fit in a supportive group setting. The Y’s Group Exercise instructors are highly-trained to provide safe and effective exercise programs. You are not alone in a Y Group Exercise class, our instructors help bring the class together to form supportive connections.
